Welcome to Blessings by the Scoop. By placing an order through our website, social media platforms, or any other sales channel, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Blessings by the Scoop does not accept returns, issue refunds, or provide exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preferences

  • Duplicate items

  • Color or style preferences

  • Perceived value differences

  • Dissatisfaction with randomly selected items

  • Failure to read product descriptions or policies prior to purchase

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to these terms and waives any claim based solely on disappointment with mystery scoop contents.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, you must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Claims submitted after this timeframe may be denied.

To submit a claim, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of all items, packaging, and shipping label

Blessings by the Scoop reserves the sole right to determine whether a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or other resolution will be offered.

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in denial of the claim.

Shipping Policy

Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Blessings by the Scoop is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

  • Delivery delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Blessings by the Scoop before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Submitting a chargeback for a purchase that complies with this policy may result in:

  • Denial of future purchases

  • Submission of supporting documentation to the payment processor

  • Collection efforts where permitted by law

Right to Refuse Service

Blessings by the Scoop reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service

  • Cancel orders

  • Limit quantities

  • Restrict future purchases

  • Deny claims believed to be fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with these policies at our sole discretion.
